1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item is eligible for return (certain items like software licenses or customized orders may not be refundable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Downloadable software or license keys

  • Items damaged by improper use

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@serverlynk.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@serverlynk.com

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@serverlynk.com.
